The Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management (ADHM) – 2 Year Premium International Program at KITM Group of Institutions is a specialized hospitality program designed for students who aspire to build successful international careers in the global hospitality industry. This premium course is specially focused on creating employment opportunities in New Zealand, France, Spain, the United States (USA), and other leading international hospitality destinations.
The program begins with 4 months of intensive campus-based learning, where students receive 40% theoretical education and 60% practical training in state-of-the-art hospitality laboratories. Students develop professional expertise in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Barista, Bartending, Customer Service, Spoken English, Personality Development, Professional Grooming, and Interview Preparation, following international hospitality standards.
Unlike conventional hotel management programs, ADHM does not include an internship in India. Instead, after successfully completing the campus training, eligible students are directly prepared for international employment through Vira International UK, one of the leading overseas hospitality recruitment organizations. Students receive complete guidance for interview preparation, documentation, employer interaction, and overseas career readiness.
The second phase of the program focuses on professional employment in internationally recognized hospitality organizations, where students gain practical work experience while building long-term careers in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups across New Zealand, France, Spain, the USA, and other overseas destinations.
