Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) – Catering Technology & Hotel Management (CTHM) is a skill-oriented undergraduate degree designed for students who dream of building a successful career in the global hospitality and tourism industry. The program provides in-depth practical knowledge in Food Production, Bakery & Confectionery, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Hotel Administration, Communication Skills, and Customer Service. Students learn through modern training kitchens, restaurant service labs, front office simulation labs, housekeeping labs, industrial visits, workshops, live events, and expert-led practical sessions.

One of the biggest advantages of studying at KITM is our International Internship and Placement Program. During the 4th Semester, students get the opportunity to undergo Industrial Internship in leading hotels and hospitality organizations across India, New Zealand, France, and other international destinations, where they gain real-world experience and develop global hospitality skills.

After completing the academic program, students receive another excellent opportunity in the 6th Semester Job Training & Placement Program, where eligible students are assisted for placements in USA (J-1 Visa Program), Gulf Countries (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia), Europe, France, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and many other countries through our international hospitality partners.
